TRT World was established by TRT to replace TRT int in 2009 which started in 1990. It is a TV channel with an option to watch the news and read them online. It is owned by the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation and it is a news based English television channel. TRT World started the test broadcasts in May 18 2015 and its normal broadcasts in June 30 2015. The channel recruited experiences faces from channels such as BBC, Bloomberg, CNN and Al Jazeera.
