Park Pola

Park Pola, which was built in Istanbul Beylikdüzü Marmara District, was designed with the experience of dozens of engineering projects of Uluer Anonim Şirketi, which has been carrying out its commercial activities for half a century.

Park Pola, which consists of 4 floors, 2 blocks and 26 independent sections, built on an area of 1500 m2, also has 6 commercial independent sections. The flats, which have been carefully prepared using high-standard materials and have a net area of 111 m2 – 149 m2, have been designed for a comfortable life. The delivery date of our project, which is 10 minutes away from West Istanbul Marina, 5 minutes from the e5 highway, 1 minute from the First Hospital, and 5 minutes from the 5M Migros Shopping Center, is planned for April 2023.
