Maya Kemer Evleri

Maya Kemer Houses project has been designed in 3 stages on a 51,300 m² land adjacent to the historical aqueduct called Kırık Kemer and the forest area. Life started in the 1st phase as of June 2022, the construction works in our 2nd phases are continuing and will be delivered on 1 July 2023. Our 3rd phase is at the concept project stage.

Maya Kemer Houses is a low-density housing project consisting of 4-storey blocks with large terraced loft-type roof duplexes and garden uses within a rich landscape and open space texture. In the project, many apartment options have been designed, from 1+1 to 5+1+1, with different sizes of garden, terrace or mezzanine.

The 1st phase of the Maya Kemer Houses project consists of 10 residential blocks, 5 of which are single and 5 of which are twin blocks, on a 25-decare plot, and a Social Facility area of approximately 900 m². There is an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, restaurant/cafe section in the Social Facility located in our 1st stage.

Phase 2 of the Maya Kemer Houses project includes 8 twin housing blocks on a 15-decare plot and approximately 700 m² of Social Facility area. In our project, in-site walking paths, resting areas, and a children's playground were designed as an open reinforcement area.
