Naturia Kemer

Naturia Kemer is located in the heart of Belgrad Forests, at the point with the largest green area in Istanbul. With the elegance inspired by nature, it consists of only 42 residences with a construction area of 16.000 m2 on a land of 10.000 m2. Naturia Kemer consists of row houses with private gardens on Bahçeköy Street, on a hill overlooking the Belgrad Forest, on three different ground levels, all positioned towards the south side by taking the north winds on their backs. The project, 80% of which is planned as a green area, has completed its respect for nature with its architecture, special materials and technologies it uses, with LEED certificate.

Five different types of water and heat insulation methods were applied from the foundation to the roof in the blocks, which were specially designed considering the climate of the region and constructed using moisture and waterproof C35/40 concrete. For maximum comfort in living spaces, world-class sound insulation systems have been applied between the independent sections, and products specially selected by our acoustic experts, from plumbing pipes to reservoirs, have been used.

Throughout our project, 89.2kg of iron was applied to 1 m2.

Within the scope of the superior service principle we aim for, the social facility of the project, where the facility management is undertaken by YKS, has an outdoor pool, fitness, sauna, children's playground, invitation and party kitchen, art rooms and lounge on an area of approximately 1,000 m2.
