Akros Istanbul, signed by Ak Proje, Kaysel and Ertok Yapı, has an investment value of 150 million TL. The Akros Istanbul project, rising as 3 blocks, one with 35 floors and the other with 18 floors, consists of a total of 496 residences and 33 commercial units. Considered as a luxury life project, Akros Istanbul has flat sizes ranging from 79 to 312 square meters. There are 1+0, 1+1, 2+1 and 5+1 housing types in the project.
