W Residences Palm

W Residences Dubai is a condominium located in Palm Crescent, Palm Jumeirah, the man-made palm island in Dubai. This project by the developer Al Mana Global, in collaboration with the architect RMJM Dubai, was launched in 2020 and consists of two different zigzag buildings with 8 floors, W Residences Building 1 and W Residences Building 2.

The W Residences property collection includes 104 residential units. Each floor of the building is a separate "building" with its own lobby and elevator. The land consists of two apartments of 2, 3, 4 or 5, two unique penthouses or three penthouses.
