Located in Şişli, one of the important centers of Istanbul, the project is located on the Şişli-Mecidiyeköy axis and next to the ring road connecting to the Bosphorus Bridge. The 30-storey block, rising above a 5-storey base, has a flexible planning approach that allows the interior space arrangements of offices of different sizes. On the ground and upper floors of the building, a small shopping center and commercial units that will meet the daily needs of the offices are reserved.With preliminary studies and analysis, it has been determined that flexible use of functions should be one of the main design criteria of the project. With this flexible planning approach, it has been possible to create an office space for all businesses that need large or small spaces on each floor.

A small shopping center has been created at the entrance and just above the building, and it is foreseen that the demand of different sizes will be met here. There are also office entrances on the same floor. In addition to the main office entrance, there are two entrances to executive offices.Located at the center of an important pedestrian and vehicle traffic, the south-southeast arc has been identified as the primary landscape and the south-southwest arc as the secondary landscape direction in the analysis of orientation. The tower on the five-storey base, which is located parallel to the E-5 highway, which is above the ground, makes a 45 degree angle with the base. In this way, two facades parallel to and perpendicular to Abide-i Hürriyet Street, which passes under the E-5 highway, make the tower look more delicate when approached from the highway.

The circulation core and technical volumes of the building are placed in the north of the building, allowing the southeast and southwest facades to play a greater role in determining the character of the building. In this way, it was possible for offices to benefit more from daylight. While the office spaces are directed to the preferred view on the southern arc, an effective and prestigious perception has been created by the heavy vehicle traffic flowing over the E-5.The terrace roof of the base, where the commercial units are located, was planned as a common area for office workers and this area was designed as a terrace garden.Vertical circulation, which is especially important in office buildings, has a priority also in Nurol Tower. With both the number of elevators used to reach the main office floors, two private executive entrances and six elevators serving them, a possible circulation problem has been thoroughly solved.
