The Kuzey Yakası was developed in 10 blocks with a low-rise architectural concept. Trade and office functions have been defined in 7 blocks of the project, the remaining 2 blocks are reserved for the hotel and congress center, and 1 block is reserved for a sports facility with a gym and indoor swimming pool.
