The CEO of the Turkish Car Brand TOGG Made a Statement About the Pricing

80 Percent Charging Only in 30 Minutes!

The charging time of the domestic car will also be competitive too. Drivers will be able to recharge 80 percent of the battery in only 30 minutes! One of the biggest concerns is the lack of charging infrastructure in the country.

However, Karakas also noted that "Drivers will not have to worry about charging at all. We are planning to install a charging unit every 25 square kilometers where the population and traffic are heavy.

Will the Global Chip Crisis Affect TOGG?

In recent years, the supply and chip crisis has deeply affected the automobile industry. When we asked his opinions and plans about this challenge, Karakas said, "We are not going to be affected by this challenge at all. We have already paid for the chips and other equipment and supplied our materials in advance."

He also emphasized that the new danger in electric vehicle production is the battery crisis. In this respect, he added, "We are going to end dependence on foreign energy by producing our own batteries."

Only a Year Left for New Electric SUVs

Karakas also noted that drivers will not have to wait for long years to drive their domestic SUVs. The first electric SUV is planned to be rolled off the production line by the end of 2022. It is expected to offer SUVs in early 2023.
