The name of your project, Quattro Istanbul, is located in Ümraniye, which is considered one of the most important areas of investment, 5 minutes away from Ataşehir, also known as the new financial center of Istanbul. This project is a mixed-use project that includes commercial and residential units. Our land area is 10.700 m2 and the construction area is 80.000 m2. It consists of 4 blocks, 598 residences and 22 shops. In addition, 3 floors of parking are provided for this project. According to the project, the two blocks on the front were built with 8 floors, and the other two blocks as 1+1 and 2+1 flat types, with 16 floors.
