VAT is 1% when you buy a 75.5 m2 1+1 or 302 m2 4+1 residence flat in ALTOWER. In other words, no matter how much you enlarge your flat with the advantage of the modular system, your 1% VAT advantage continues. In addition, your parking lot is processed in the title deed as much as the number of rooms.

We didn't want to waste time on transportation to do sports, and we built a sports hall, indoor swimming pool and SPA center of about a thousand square meters inside ALTOWER. You can reserve your private fitness instructor or massage request by using the tablet at home or by calling the concierge services. If you do not want to work with a private teacher, all sports equipment is waiting for you in the gym.

To be an ALTOWER member, it is sufficient to purchase a 75.5 m2 1+1 flat from the project. However, if you need a larger square meter, it is possible to choose 2+1, 3+1 or 4+1 by using the advantage of the modular system.
